REGISTRATION

Enroll in a class online with a major credit card.  We have open registration.  If there is an open class you would like to join please contact the office to enroll and you will be billed according to the time you registered.  Please consult with a staff member of Elite Sports about the class in which you are interested to insure proper placement.

REGISTRATION FEE

This is a non-refundable annual fee which covers the cost for opening and maintaining your account. This fee covers when the child starts instruction until August 1st.  Everyone must re-register every August. 

First Child $25.00

Each addition child is $5.00. 

TUITION

Tuition is due on the 1st of the month and will be automatically debited from your debit or credit card. Payments made after the 5th are considered late.  Failure to pay on time will result in a $15.00 late fee, for which you will be billed.  Tuition is paid by the calender month.  If you start before the 15th, a full month is due; after the 15th, half a month. Each class runs in a 3 month session which can be paid in full for a discounted rate, or auto billed monthly on your credit card.  A $10.00 discount is applied to the tuition for a second or third child.  This also applies if you sign up for more than one class. Tuition is non-refundable

Your child is expected to attend his/her assigned class.  If  you miss class, makeups are allowed, but you must call the office to schedule which class to attend.  It is important to notify the office if your child will not be able to continue in a class.  We consider them enrolled until you notify us with a 30 day drop notice on a Elite Sports Complex form.  Each from is due by the first of the month prior to the month dropping.  Since classes run in sessions it will be before the first month of the final month in that session.  We must bill your account until this form is received, as many of our classes are filled and have waiting lists.  Your child's spot in class is reserved until we are notified.

SCHOOL CLOSINGS & HOLIDAYS

Elite Sports operates independently of Public & Private school schedules.  Our classes are not suspended because of In-service training days scheduled by other schools, nor are classes suspended because of Federal Holidays unless posted.  Please call the office for inclement weather closings.

Scheduled Closings:  New Years Day, Easter, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve & Day, December 26th-30th
